Shipping Policy
We partner with trusted third-party printers to deliver your order with care.
All of our printed items—whether it’s a Bible study, devotional booklet, or merch item—are shipped directly from our printing partners: Printify, Lulu, or Mixam, depending on the product.

Because of this, shipping times and delivery methods may vary slightly based on the printer, location, and your selected shipping option at checkout.

Print Bible Studies (Lulu or Mixam): Please allow 10-14 business days for printing and delivery.

Merchandise & Apparel (Printify): Most orders ship within 7-10 business days.

Digital Downloads: Instantly delivered to your email after purchase or available via login.​​

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your item ships (when available through our print partners).

​Note: Shipping timelines may be affected during holidays, high-volume seasons, or unexpected printer delays. We’ll always keep you informed if anything changes with your order.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We’re exploring international options and will keep you posted!
International customer? While we can’t offer physical shipping overseas just yet, many of our resources are available as PDF downloads—a great way to access our devotionals and studies from anywhere in the world.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive—but because many of our products are print-on-demand or digital, we keep things simple:

Bible Studies & Devotionals (Print & PDF): All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on printed Bible studies or PDF and/or digital downloads.

Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, Journals, etc.): We follow Printify’s return and refund policy. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tracee@unveiledliving.org with a photo and your order number, and we’ll help you get it resolved.
